Spring 2026 Thesis Exhibitions

The Hunter College MFA Program in Studio Art presents its annual MFA Thesis Exhibitions, featuring 35 artists working across a range of mediums. Representing the culmination of three years of intensive studio practice, the exhibitions highlight the breadth of research, experimentation, and critical inquiry that define the program. Presented at the 205 Hudson Gallery on the street level of Hunter College's MFA campus in Tribeca, the thesis exhibitions are a major milestone for graduating students and reflect the program’s commitment to rigorous studio practice within a dynamic urban and intellectual context. Opening receptions will be held on February 13, March 5, March 26, April 17, and May 7, all from 6–9 pm. The thesis exhibitions will be open to the public from 11 am–7 pm daily.
