Fall 2021 Thesis Exhibitions

Due to the rising infection rate, effective immediately, public access to the MFA Thesis exhibition has been suspended until further notice. We aim to resume programming in January. Please check back for current information.

This fall the Hunter College MFA Program in Studio Art will be presenting four Thesis Exhibitions featuring the work of twenty-one artists. The exhibitions will take place in the 205 Hudson Gallery from 10am – 6pm on the dates of each exhibition. Vaccination is mandatory for all visitors, and you must show proof of vaccination upon entry to the gallery.

Hunter College Art Galleries are excited to welcome visitors back in-person to our galleries. Upon arriving to the 205 Hudson Gallery, visitors 12 and older will be required to provide proof of vaccination. All visitors must be masked while in the gallery.

Directions

The gallery entrance is located on the south side of Canal Street between Hudson Street and Greenwich Street. Closest subways are the 1 train at Canal Street or the A,C,E, trains at Canal Street.

Accessibility

The 205 Hudson Gallery is an accessible ground floor space. The mezzanine level of the gallery is accessible via a wheelchair lift and a wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the ground floor of the gallery. Closest accessible subway stations are Canal Street 6 train only and Chambers Street 1,2,3 trains.
